Prices for running your online shop.

The running fee

10 % of your shop's revenue. That is the whole running fee.

• No monthly minimum. In a month with no sales, you pay nothing.
• Above 1 million EUR of revenue in a year, the rate falls to 7 % on every euro beyond the first million. The first million is always charged at 10 %, so crossing the line never makes the fee drop suddenly. This is part of the price, not a discount to negotiate: the more your shop grows, the smaller our share.

Revenue means the shop's sales after refunds, excluding VAT and excluding the shipping charged to the customer. It is read from the shop's own sales report, so you can check every invoice against it.

Building the shop

A new shop, or the rebuild of an existing one, is priced on its own. You choose one of two ways to pay for it:

• In phases. Each phase has a fixed price, agreed before it starts. After any phase you may stop, keep everything built so far, and owe nothing more.
• Nothing up front. The running fee is then 15 % instead of 10 % until the agreed price of the build has been covered. From the month after that, it is 10 %.

What is not in the price

• No shares. We take no stake in your company. We are your service provider, not your co-owner.
• No other fees. No setup fee, no licence fee and no notice fee. What is on this page is everything you pay us.

Every client pays from this list. There are no private rates, including for companies that share an owner with Axon Trade ApS.
